Strengths:

· On-trend topic (eco-friendly/eco-conscious)

· Topic is more open for discussion than previous years

· Politically involved topic

· Niche group and we know the market (planning to stay local)

· Looking for sponsorships and bringing community together

· Eco event planning aspect

Weakness:

· Not known about in our target audience (bring up to speed; unaware)

· Limited amount of reach/limitation

· Having to “re-teach” the market to be successful

· Lack of funding (non-profit model)

Opportunity:

· Understanding the outside market

· Platform of UCF and groups; UCF Environmental Research

· We’re not hurting anything/anyone with our group’s stance and point of view

Threats:

· Larger corporation, Well-branded/nationally known entities

· City of Orlando doesn’t always support agenda (outside support)

Current lack of national government and president’s support
